Paxos villa: everything you need to know
Straightforward answers about the villa, its location and planning your stay in Paxos.
The villa
How many guests can Villa Pamplemousse accommodate?
The villa accommodates up to eight guests in four bedrooms across two levels.
How are the bedrooms arranged?
The upper level has the principal bedroom with a private bathroom and a second double bedroom with access to a separate bathroom. At pool level, there is one double bedroom and one children’s bedroom with bunk beds; these share a shower room.
How many bathrooms are there?
There are three bathrooms in total, including the private bathroom attached to the principal bedroom.
Is the villa air-conditioned?
The main living areas and bedrooms have air conditioning, except for the children’s bunk room, which has a fan.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes. Villa Pamplemousse has Starlink Wi-Fi.
Is the kitchen fully equipped?
Yes. The kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and Nespresso machine.
What is provided for babies?
A baby cot and high chair are available.
Are bed linen and towels provided?
Yes. Bed linen, bath towels and pool towels are provided.
How often is the villa cleaned?
Housekeeping is provided three times per week.
Pool and outdoors
Does the villa have a private pool?
Yes. The private pool is nine metres long and ranges from 1.1 to 1.7 metres in depth.
Is the pool suitable for children?
Children may use the pool only under continuous adult supervision. Guests are asked to read and sign the villa’s pool and house rules.
What outdoor facilities are available?
The villa has a private garden and parking, sunbeds, an outdoor lounge, a barbecue and a ping-pong table.
Location and travel
How far is the villa from Lakka?
Lakka village is around a ten-minute walk from the villa.
How far is Orkos Beach?
Orkos Beach is also around a ten-minute walk from the villa.
How do I get to Paxos from Corfu?
Several boat and ferry companies operate services between Corfu and Paxos. You can use the Ferryhopper app and website to find and book tickets online. Alternatively, you can book a private sea taxi. Please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
Is there private parking?
Yes. Private parking is available at the entrance to the villa.
Are pets allowed?
No. Pets are not permitted at Villa Pamplemousse.
Booking your stay
When does the season begin?
The villa welcomes guests from May.
What is the minimum stay?
The minimum stay is seven nights.
Which day do stays begin and end?
Arrivals and departures normally take place on Mondays. Greater flexibility may be possible in low season.
Can I book directly with the owners?
Yes. Check the availability calendar, then contact Damien or Isabelle directly by email or WhatsApp. There is no agency fee.
